The Role: Business Development Executive, Advisory Services
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our Advisory Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Role: Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Account Executive, your primary role will be to hunt new business and expand existing business through full lifecycle sales and top-of-class client service. In this role, you will immerse yourself in business development and account management by generating leads, closing net new business, and being the main partner for your clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts by building strong, long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts—from initial outreach and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., delivery, marketing, product, operations) to align solutions with client goals and ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks or issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze account performance and sales data to inform strategy, forecast revenue, and report progress to leadership.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to support transparency and team collaboration.
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions, both virtual and in-person.

- Conduct strategic sales research in collaboration with leadership to guide team efforts and uncover new opportunities.
